Details

These laminated passes are perfect for identification purposes. They can be made with photos, and each one can be fully unique to make the identification process more manageable. In addition, creating a design that matches the lanyard design will make them look even better on the necks of your guests and staff.

Laminated pass A7 (80 mm x 105 mm) made with 25 mm EUR hole

WARNING! Only the CMYK and Pantone colours can be printed. Please note that the RGB shades and colours will change during manufacturing. Therefore, we advise you to send all designs in CMYK or Pantone colours to obtain the best results.

Laminated Passes mainly serve identificational purposes. In addition, the number of companies using lanyards and passes is also increasing due to its practical and easy usage. Furthermore, your lanyards equipped with a laminated pass provide extra security at each entry, as they can be uniquely serial numbered and completed with the name and an attached photo of the authorised person using it.

How to design?

Make your products customized! Unlimited CMYK colours and edge-to-edge printing! To obtain the perfect result and meet your highest expectations, read more about the requirements of your design.

You have 2 options to add your design to your order:

1. Simply type all information and describe what you would like to see on the product in the "Printing description" field. You can upload your logo in the "Upload graphic element" section. If you would like to upload more logos or graphic elements, simply compress them into a .zip or .rar format and upload the compressed file. Considering all this information, our graphic designer will create and send the artwork for your approval. Your approval is mandatory before production. Please take into account that late approval may cause a delay in delivery.

2. Upload your design! Simply click on the Download Template button and download the template from this site. Then, create your design in Photoshop or Illustrator and upload the file to the "Upload Artwork" section. Please pay attention to the design requirements, which are listed below.

Setup fee will be applied to each different design or colour change!

HOW TO DESIGN YOUR OWN PRODUCT?

If you wish to create and use your own design, please take into account the following requirements:

1. Unlimited CMYK colours! Please note that we do not print RGB colours.
2. The smallest font size is 8pt.
3. Printing: 4+4 (full-colour printed on both sides)

If creating a rasterised design, the resolution must be a minimum of 300 dpi, or optimally 600 dpi.

If creating a vector graphic, we require all elements to be embedded and the fonts outlined or attached.

Please pay attention to the dimensions!
Design size: 86mm x 106mm (includes bleed)
Cut size: 80mm x 100mm
Bleed: 3-3mm at top and bottom
What is bleed? It ensures edge-to-edge printing. Supplying your artwork without bleed may result in white lines when trimming.

If you would like to order this product in more designs, please follow the steps below:

1. Please select or type the required quantity. Upload your artwork or type the description into the "Printing description" field and add it to your cart by clicking the BUY NOW button.

2. After clicking on the BUY NOW button, you will be notified that the product is added to your cart. Repeat the 1st step, but please pay attention to the value of the parameters (if have any), which will not be restored to blank after adding the product to the cart.

3. Repeat the previous steps as many times as you would like to upload a different design.

If you have more designs and do not want to upload them separately, simply compress all artworks into a zip or rar file and upload it with the first version. Then refer to the different designs in the "Printing description" field, but please repeat the 1st step as many times as you have different designs to have the correct amount of set up fee added to your cart.

If you have the same logo or picture on all designs, you do not have to upload them in each version. Instead, just refer to them in the "Printing description" field. We will find the uploaded file if you leave clear instructions.

It means the items will be produced in the time frame mentioned at the express production time and dispatched by the selected delivery method. However, the express production turnaround time highly depends on our free capacity and the ordered quantity.

Of course, if we are unable to complete the products within the specified time, we will contact you for further consultation.
The express service comes at an additional cost. The product will be added to the cart with the increased price if you select it. Please note that express production will be applied to all products in your order, even if you have not specified this option for other products.

This may increase the total amount after the order has been placed. If any products require an earlier delivery, please place your orders separately with the specific production method.
