You have 2 options to add your design to your order:
1. Simply type all information and describe what you would like to see on the product in the "Printing description" field. You can upload your logo in the "Upload graphic element" section. If you would like to upload more logos or graphic elements, simply compress them into a .zip or .rar format and upload the compressed file. Considering all this information, our graphic designer will create and send the artwork for your approval. Your approval is mandatory before production. Please take into account that late approval may cause a delay in delivery.
2. Upload your design! Simply click on the Download Template button and download the template from this site. Then, create your design in Photoshop or Illustrator and upload the file to the "Upload Artwork" section. Please pay attention to the design requirements, which are listed below.
A setup fee will be applied to each design or colour change!
HOW TO DESIGN YOUR OWN PRODUCT?
If you wish to create and use your own design, please take into account the following requirements:
1. Unlimited CMYK colours! Please note that we do not print RGB colours.
2. Due to the elongation of the raw material, the printing of rasterised images that require precise fitting is not available.
3. The smallest font size is 8pt.
4. Lines thinner than 1mm and small objects will not surely be readable or visible on the wristbands.
5. Printing on the wristband: 4+0 (full-colour printed on one side) - double-side printing is available upon request
6. Printing on the TAG: 4+0 (full-colour printed on one side) - double-side printing is available upon request
If creating a rasterised design, the resolution must be a minimum of 300 dpi, or optimally 600 dpi.
If creating a vector graphic, we require all elements to be embedded and the fonts outlined or attached.

WRISTBAND:
Design size: 19mm x 350mm (includes bleed)
Cut size: 15mm x 350mm
Max logo/text height: 12mm
Bleed: 2-2mm at top and bottom
TAG:
Design size: 29mm x 38mm (includes bleed)
Cut size (hxw): 26mm x 35mm
Hotspot in the centre: 23mm x 22mm
What is bleed? It ensures edge-to-edge printing. Supplying your artwork without bleed may result in white lines when trimming.
In summary:
The design should be created in a size of 19x340mm, with a 2mm bleed at the top and bottom, which will not be visible on the finished product. Also, ensure that the maximum height of the text and logo is no more than 12mm.
Additionally, please note that the wristband will also include a plastic TAG, which will obscure the designated area. From a manufacturing perspective, we require separate artwork for both the wristband and the plastic TAG.
